- Can MICHIRU RPA be used on a Mac?

MICHIRU RPA cannot be used on a Mac.
Please install and use on Windows 10 or later.*We do not recommend installing and running the program on a virtual environment on a Mac. Please be aware that we cannot provide support if problems occur in these environments.
- Could you tell me about the recommended system requirement?

Here are the recommended system requirements.
- OS: Windows 10 or later
- Memory: 4GB or more
- Disk Space Available: 1GB or more
- Requires internet connection (depending on the license type)
- Can you use MICHIRU RPA in an environment without internet connection?

MICHIRU RPA can used in an environment without internet connection under special circumstances and conditions. Please consult with your sales agent for more information.
About Functionality of MICHIRU RPA
- Can MICHIRU RPA be used on any software?

MICHIRU RPA can be used on all software on your computer.

- Does the service fee change depnding on the editing and execution permission?

For 1 license of MICHIRU RPA, you are granted permisssions to simultaneously edit automation set on 5 computers, and permission to execute the automation set on 1 computer at the same time. There is no separate pricing for editing and execution use.
- Can you use a single license on multiple computers?

Yes, with some limitations. Simultaneously, You can edit on 5 computers, and execute on 1 computer. If you want to execute automation sets on multiple PC at the same time, you will need to purchase licenses for each concurrent execution.
- I want to use my PC to do other tasks when the RPA is running.

You cannot use your computer when the automation set is being executed. Therefore, if you plan to execute automation set frequently, we recommend that you prepare another computer specifically for running RPA. If you wish use the RPA on the same computer, please do other tasks when the RPA is not running.
- Can you make automation set run at the same time every day, or at the date and time specified?

You can utilise Task Scheduler, which is one of the default function in Windows, to execute automation set at a specific time. You can make it run on specific time on weekdays, or run on the date you specified.
- Can you automatically generate date of today or yesterday?

You can use a function in MICHIRU RPA to automatically dates, such as the date of today or yesterday.
You can also configure the output format, including Gregorian (Western calendar) and Japanese era format. - Can you make RPA hide password when you are configuring your automation set?

There are operation made specifically for inputting password while hiding them.
The RPA will display “●●●” instead of the actual password. - What languages do MICHIRU RPA support?

We offer creation of MICHIRU RPA automation sets as a paid service. After a hearing of the task your business needs, we will estimate the cost of creating the automation set. Please consult your sales agent for more information.
- Will editing and execution permissions differ depending on your service fee?

For 1 license of MICHIRU RPA, you are granted permisssions to simultaneously edit automation set on 5 computers, and permission to execute the automation set on 1 computer at the same time. There is no separate pricing for editing and execution use.

About Changes after the Contract Signing
- I want to change the login email address (email address used for authentication).

You can change the email address by yourself by logging into RPA STATION, accessing the settings and clicking the button to change your email. Don’t forget to confirm the change after the change. After the change is made, please contact your sales agent and let them know about the change.
- I want to change information such as the PIC, address and phone number.

You can make changes to these information from your profile page inside the RPA STATION.

About Payment
- Can the payment be made using credit card?

Please contact your distributor for more information regarding payment method.
- When are invoices issued?

Please contact your distributor for more information regarding the invoices, since each sales agents have different process for payment.
- I want to pay the service fee for one year in a single payment.

Please consult with your sales agent if you would like to pay the service fee for one year in a single payment.
- If the contract starts mid-month, is the first month’s fee prorated?

Please contact your sales agent for more information regarding the payment of the first month.
- If the contract is cancelled mid-month, is the service fee prorated?

You cannot cancelled the contract mid-month. The fastest you can have the cancellation take effect, is the last day of the month following the month you request for cancellation. The service fee is calculated until the last day.
- I want to buy another license. Do I need to pay the initial setup fee again?

Initial set up fee is charged only once, at the time of the first license contract for the same legal entity.
About Suspension and Cancellation
- I want to cancel the contract.

In case you want to cancel the contract, please inform your distributor at least 1 month before the day you want the cancellation to take effect. Even if the contract is canceled mid-month, no prorated refund will be issued. The cancellation will take effect on the last day of the month following the month you request for cancellation
